  • Where you are a contractor (a sole trader or via a PSC), we may pass your information to our recruiting companies to whom the vacancies relate, or who may be interested in your profile.
  • with any Government or regulatory authority as may be necessary from time to time in order comply with any statutory obligations or regulatory requirements.
  • Where you are a recruiting company registered with us as a Customer, we may share your personal information with applicants who have directly applied to a vacancy on our website, or we feel may fit your requirements.
  • We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (e.g: to host our services, to store and maintain your personal information in a secure server, to send you mass communication marketing emails where you have opted to receive such communications from us).


We may also disclose your personal data to third parties:

  • in the event that We sell or buy any business or assets, in which case We may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; or


  • if We or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by Us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets; or


  • if We are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Website Terms and Conditions and other agreements or

Personal Data Storage, Access, Duration & Amendments

We hold your data on our secure database within the UK/EEA. We take appropriate measures to ensure that any personal data are kept secure, including security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way.   We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where We are legally required to do so.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We will do our best to protect your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Website; any transmission is at your own risk. How long we keep your personal data

Where you (or your company) enter into a contract with Sparta Global, all Personal Data supplied by you in connection with that contract will be retained for the duration of the contract and for 7 years afterwards unless we are required to retain it for a longer period in accordance with any applicable law.

If Sparta Global believes there may be other employment opportunities for you after your initial contract with us has come to an end, we may contact you for your consent to continue holding your Personal Data for a further period of 6 months. We may also keep your data if it is necessary for our internal reporting purposes.

However, if we do not have a legitimate reason and it is no longer necessary to hold your data after your initial contract has ended your data will be deleted.


Keeping your data up to date

We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your Personal Data is kept up to date. However, it is your duty to inform us of any changes to your Personal Data to ensure that it is kept up to date.

Automated decision making and Profiling

During the application process (Contractors and potential Employees), and where you continue to be on our database for job assignments, we implement an automated decision making process to enable us to identify quickly which candidates meet the minimum criteria for the relevant role. You have the right to object to this automated process, but this will result in increased response times for processing your application.

We may also implement a manual process of profiling you based on your CV in order to identify which candidates might be suitable for a vacancy that you have not directly applied for. We may do this by contacting you via phone and discussing your experience or potentially via email.

Technology related to information collection

Sparta Global is currently in process to gain an ISO 27001 certification and as of July 2018 we are ISO 9001 certified which is quality management for Sparta Global. The ISO 27001 is a specification for an information security management system.
